Rooflines, fascia, gutters, gables, peaks and garage rooflines.
Includes the added labor for ladder work, setup and safety.
Standard third-floor access with normal equipment; specialty access receives a custom quote.
Custom-fitted C9 outline; unusually difficult access may cost more.
Includes the C5 LED strand and professional installation. Columns and railings use a provisional $30/strand rate, confirmed in your written quote.
C9 LED lighting installed on ground stakes or linear borders.
Standard mounting and placement included.
Quoted by length, location, height and attachment complexity.
BUILD YOUR GLOW DISPLAY
Choose the lighting surfaces that fit your home. The $600 minimum applies once to the combined new-installation project—not separately to the roofline. Footage and strands are confirmed before final approval.
C9 LED lighting priced by measured footage and installation height. Counts toward the combined $600 project minimum.
Add an archway, columns, railing or garage outline for a more finished front elevation.
Custom-fitted C9 outlines around selected windows.
Add trees, shrubs, walkways, lawn borders, wreaths or other landscape accents.
NEW CUSTOMER LIGHTS PROGRAM
Choose the right installation path. Your written quote confirms the measured scope and final price before you reserve a date.
Your lights belong to you. New customers buy lights from us; LIG does not retain ownership. After seasonal takedown, we leave the lights on your premises for you to keep and store.
Our standard installed rates include commercial-grade C9 or C5 LED lights and professional installation. C9 is $6/ft at first-floor access, $8/ft at second-floor access and $10/ft at third-floor access. C5 trees and bushes are $30 per installed strand.
Approved projects include design, timer setup, in-season maintenance and scheduled removal. Windows are $55 each; customer-supplied wreath installation is $45 each. Garland remains customer-supplied and custom-quoted.
$600 combined-project minimum. Add all priced surfaces first, then apply the minimum only if needed. There is no extra $600 roofline fee and no automatic first-year discount.
New customers bringing existing lights receive a labor-only quote after inspection and testing. Standard C9 labor is $2.50/ft at first-floor access, $3.50/ft at second-floor access and $4.50/ft at standard third-floor/high access. No charge for new LIG light materials is assumed.
Dense mature-tree wrapping, interior garland and full-property legacy displays are custom-quoted. Defective materials, repairs, unsafe access and equipment rental require separate review and approval; customer-owned lights do not receive our commercial-light bulb-replacement guarantee.
Scope-specific reinstallation examples: $55 for a front archway; $125 for pre-lit garland around one garage exterior frame with existing hooks, normal access and reusable garland. These are not universal prices for new installations.
Returning Let It Glow installation customers receive 10% off eligible labor, unless an existing committed offer states otherwise. A 15% early-season offer applies only when expressly offered and eligible—not automatically to new customers. Materials, specialty access and rental are excluded; discounts do not stack unless expressly approved. Existing valid quoted or published offers are honored.
A 50% deposit reserves your installation after the final design, scope and price are approved.

ANSWERS BEFORE INSTALL DAY
New customers purchase commercial-grade C9 or C5 LED lights from Let It Glow. You own the lights; LIG does not retain ownership. Our published installed rates combine those lights with professional installation. Approved projects include design, timer setup, in-season maintenance and scheduled removal. A $600 minimum applies once to the total new-installation project, not as a separate roofline charge. Final scope and pricing are confirmed before a 50% deposit reserves your installation.
We total the measured footage, strands, windows and wreaths using the published rates. If the priced new-installation project totals less than $600, a minimum adjustment brings it to $600. For example, 80 feet of first-floor C9 at $6/ft plus one $55 window totals $535; the minimum-adjusted total is $600, not $655. Custom work is quoted separately.
You buy and own the new lights supplied by Let It Glow. After seasonal takedown, we leave them on your premises for you to keep and store. LIG does not retain ownership of your lights.
A 50% deposit reserves your installation. You may also pay the full approved amount at checkout.

Yes. Customer-owned lights are inspected and tested, then quoted by detailed scope at standard labor rates. Defective lights, replacement materials and unsafe access are excluded unless separately approved. Dense mature-tree wrapping and interior garland are custom-quoted, not priced as a standard $30 new-light strand bundle. Customer-owned lights do not receive the bulb-replacement guarantee provided with our commercial-grade lighting.
No. New customers using either LIG-supplied or customer-owned lights do not receive an automatic first-year discount. Returning Let It Glow installation customers qualify for a 10% discount on eligible labor, unless an existing committed offer states otherwise. A 15% early-season offer applies only when expressly offered and eligible; it is not a blanket discount. Materials, specialty access and rental are excluded from these labor discounts, and discounts do not stack unless expressly approved. Existing valid offers are honored.
As early as possible. Early booking provides the widest choice of installation dates, and your lights can remain off until you are ready.
Usually not. We confirm the design and power access beforehand and send a completion update after the installation.
Season-long maintenance is included with our commercial lights. Contact us and we will arrange service.
Removal is scheduled after the season. After takedown, we leave your lights on your property for you to keep and store. LIG does not retain ownership or take your lights away for off-site storage. Weather can affect exact removal dates.
Yes. We design coordinated displays for entrances, clubhouses, churches, temples, retail properties, offices, restaurants and community common areas. HOA, faith-based and commercial projects receive custom pricing.
You trace the actual roof edges on your current photo, so the placement follows your house instead of a generic template. It is still a planning concept; final measurements and design are confirmed before installation.
